Brian Frank for SC Adjutant General

Brian's Vision

Brian Frank’s vision as Adjutant General of South Carolina is to work
very close with the new Governor, whoever he/she may be.
"I
will use my position as Adjutant General to convince, push, and work with the Governor to bring out South Carolina National Guard/Air Guard back home where they belong."

South Carolina's troops should remain in South Carolina to do the job they were meant to do, hurricane relief, and state emergencies.  South Carolina National Guard should be our state defense against Terrorism
and be ready.

He will work closely with the Sheriffs Departments in the 46 counties to help the legislation get passed that gives sheriffs the power to mass deputize all CWP holders. Making it unnecessary for FEMA and Regular Army to come in and take over South Carolina. Posse Comitatus will be alive and well in South Carolina!

Brian will also work very hard to properly equip and train the South Carolina State Guard.  He will promote recruitment of younger State guardsmen.  He will work with the older Guardsmen, and the SC National Guard to properly train new recruits.  Brian will also work with all 46 county Sheriffs departments to train State guardsmen, so they can be of assistance as needed.  Many SC guardsmen currently have to pay for their own uniforms, which will stop when Brian Frank is Adjutant General!
